Hi, I’m Kayla a proud mom, storyteller, community connector, and woman on a mission to live life with intention. For the past decade, I’ve called North Augusta, South Carolina home, where I raise my two incredible kids, McKenzie and Mason. My life has been a journey of balancing motherhood, career growth, personal healing, and bold dreams and I created Kayla with the Keys to share that journey with you.

Who I Am

At my core, I’m a builder. Whether it’s:

• Tourism & Community Experiences as a Group Experience Coordinator at Destination Augusta,

• Empowerment & Healing Spaces through The Keys to Her Becoming brand,

• Family Leadership as a new Girl Scout troop leader,

• Or Personal Growth through my fitness, journaling, and spiritual practices.

I thrive on unlocking doors for others, connecting people to meaningful experiences, and showing what’s possible when you are aligned and attracting instead of being burned out and chasing .

What I’ve Overcome

Life hasn’t always been easy. I’ve navigated the complexity of preeclampsia, postpartum depression, the ripple effects of a family history shaped by trauma, and a PCOS diagnosis that challenged me to rethink health from the inside out. But these chapters became my “keys.”

They taught me resilience, empathy, and how to turn pain into purpose.

That’s why my platforms whether through blogs, podcasts, TikToks, or workshops are built on one clear message: Sis, you are not alone.
